If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased from our website, please follow these instructions and we will get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
Please could you first email us at email@example.com with your issue. Including your details, order number and date of dispatch that should all be found on your customer invoice.
Please include your reasons for a product return or exchange. An advisor will get in touch with you within 24 hours to deal with your case.
We accept returns on the condition the item is faulty or not of saleable condition. If it is established that a product received is faulty, not of saleable condition or not of the condition that it was advertised, then your money will be refunded to the same form that payment made.
Please be aware that you need to get in touch with us within 30 days from receipt of your item. After this period, it will be hard to establish if the product return is due to accident, neglect or misuse.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns that are due to accident, neglect or misuse.
We understand that every situation may be different, after receiving your email you will be our priority. Your situation will be dealt with professionally and courteously and we will work hard to resolve your issue.
Items purchased can be returned via post at cost to the customer – we recommend that you insure your parcel to protect your goods in transit .

It is the law and part of your statutory rights that for if any reason you as dissatisfied with a product(s) or the service you have received then you have 14 days to get in touch with us. You must also return the product to us with in the 14 days and you will completely be refunded. Make sure that you have spoken to an advisor before you send us anything, so we know a product is on its way back to us and we can resolve your issue swiftly. An advisor will be in touch with you with in 24 hours after you raise any issue with us. If the product is received by us with all packaging and in the same quality is was accepted by you then your money will be refunded. Please include a reason for your return, all this will be discussed with an advisor.
